Our Aspen home design can fit on a 12.5 x 30m block. If you are looking at a narrower block, our team can create a design to suit.
It’s entirely up to! If you’re not sure what you will need, we recommend creating a room that can act as both. You can add a door so you can use as a bedroom, but don’t install any built-in robes if you need it as a Theatre.
Space is important, so having an additional living area like a Theatre can help with big families. The zoning of the house is important as well, which is why we like to keep the minor bedrooms in one section of the house and away from the main living area. Also, ensure there is plenty of storage, such as walk-in linen on pantries, sculleries, or even storage in your garage.
