Is it just us or did this year go past quickly?! It feels like the Government Grants were announced only a few months ago and we were all crossing our fingers waiting for 2020 to end. While 2021 has brought a few challenges (*cough* bricklayer shortage), there have been some highlights for our team over the past 12 months.
Custom Home Designs
Custom designs are back! With the Government Grants over, we were able to design unique, one-off plans again. A huge shout-out to our drafting team for making magic happen and to our consultants for bringing the vision into a reality.
Our Partners
We say this every year, but we are incredibly fortunate to have a great team working with us. This includes mortgage brokers, settlement agents, land developers and many more who help our clients build their home. Our success could not have happened without your hard work and effort.
Events
We were fortunate to see more community and networking events take place. It’s always a great opportunity to meet up with other people in our industry to find ways we can improve and what new ideas will happen in the future.
West Perth Football Club
We began construction on a new Hamptons inspired home in Eden Beach to support the footy club’s fundraiser. By partnering with their team, we are helping raise money for Indigenous footy initiatives, a homelessness program, high schools students and many more. We cannot wait for this home to be built!
Prime Brick Steel
With the brickie shortage causing delays, we launched our new construction technique called Prime Brick Steel. Combining the aesthetics of bricks and the strength of steel, this method of brick veneer is set to overtake double brick as the main building material here in Perth.
Sunny Days
If trade shortages weren’t enough, the excessive rain Perth experienced during Winter and Spring really dampened our spirits. That’s why we are loving any sunny day we can get this year!
Our Clients
Last but not least, getting to know our clients and watching them build their new home is why we love what we do. We feel their excitement throughout their journey and when they get their keys. And when we see them move into their new home, we are overcome with happiness and joy!
