Standard Designs Under Construction
We launched our new standard home design range in 2022, so this year we got to walk through them under construction! Our clients can visualise our popular designs by seeing the layout, colours and specifications we offer. You can check out this home in Bennett Springs that is our Adair home design (the one with the workshop!).
New Display Home
We have opened a new display home in Tuart Hill! The Magnolia is a beautiful home with 4 bedrooms, a huge living area, and a theatre at the front. But the other thing we love is that it’s built using Prime BrickSteel! This means there are high ceilings, wall painting, but also insulation in the walls so you can hear just how quiet the home is!

Our standard products already have a great range, but our suppliers have more options if you need! Whether it’s a chrome exposed pipe in our powder room or a white kitchen sink, our local suppliers can find something that suits your style.
Custom Features
We love seeing a client put their unique twist on a home! Whether it’s a certain colour or a product that isn’t often found seen, the custom features reiterate why people continue to build a new home instead of buying established.
Our Team
The Move Homes and Prime teams has grown! We’ve got more admin members to help get your home to site, a bigger client liaison team to keep you in the loop with what’s happening on site, and a construction team with a growing number of supervisors, labourers, and trades!

New Selection Centre
Our Selection Centre has been revamped! Clients can visit our office during their pre-start to see the new colours, materials and products available in their home. We’ve also included mood boards designed by our Pre-Start Consultant to give our more more inspo!
