What a wild ride 2025 was! There were lots of exciting things that happened in the past 12 months for Move Homes!
Launching Melbourne
Move Homes crossed the Nullabor to expand our brand on the East Coast! We’ve already got our Prime office located in Seaford, but now we have a range of home designs, specifications and packages tailored to the Move Homes brand.
Homes Under Construction
Sure, we love a display home but seeing our clients’ homes is even better! Whether it’s a standard design or one that’s been modified, seeing the different colours and styles for each client brings our whole team a lot of happiness.
Our New Logo
We said goodbye to our original logo from 2016 with a new look! This new logo reflects the growth that Move Homes has had over the years and our position as a quality, high value builder. We also took this time to refresh our website and other marketing materials!
Changes to Grants
We saw changes to borrowing capacities that allows more clients to build their first home. One of the major changes was Keystart increasing their maximum contract value, which helped Western Australian families.
Our Team
Our team has grown! From more pre-start consultants, approval coordinators, and supervisors, there are more people in our team to help get every home on site faster and with a high quality.
New Standard Inclusions
Our team are always looking at how to improve our homes and this year was no exception. The change in waterproofing requirements was the catalyst to including free-standing baths and larger format tiles to our wet areas. We also include a broader range of 1c facebricks, tapware styles, and basins.
Office Extension
Construction is well underway on our new office! Sure there’s noise and mess, but we’re excited to see more space for our growing team and a brand new Selection Centre for our clients. We can’t wait for it to be finished in the new year!
