As part of our blog series about the best parks and playgrounds in Perth, we noticed how many incredible parks there were in Baldivis. Given that Baldivis was the most popular suburb for land sales in 2023 and 2022, in doesn’t surprise us that there are so many parks here. So we’ve dedicated this page just to Baldivis, but you can also check out the best parks in Perth’s northern and southern suburbs.

Brightwood Adventure Park in Baldivis
Location: Solis Boulevard, Baldivis (Brightwood Estate)
Why we love it: This $3 million park has plenty to offer! The centre point is the 13m high sphere that’s got enough twists and turns to excite the kids (and of course, 2 long slides that come off it). There’s a massive 40m flying fox, web structure, stand-up see-saw, and a nature play area with wooden logs, climbing ropes, a cubby house and more. But it also has exercise equipment scattered around the park, so parents can mingle with their neighbours.
Amenities: BBQs (no toilets).
Best for: All ages. The bigger kids will love to climb up the 13m sphere and play on the 40m flying fox, but there is also a section dedicated to toddlers.

Monsters World in Baldivis
Location: Avoca Chase, Baldivis (Rivergums Estate)
Why we love it: You’ll have a scary amount of fun at this impressive park! Monsters World, also known as the Rivergums Adventure Park, has a strong monster presence. There are monster footsteps leading up to the monsters nest climbing tower, with a huge 6m slide leading you down. There is a rope bridge, musical instruments, swings, and of course, a nature play area.
Amenities: No BBQs or toilets.
Best for: Toddlers and kids as there is equipment that caters for all ages.

Steamrail Adventure Park in Baldivis
Location: Heartwood Boulevard, Baldivis (Millars Landing Estate)
Why we love it: We’re a sucker for a park that incorporates historical features into its design, and this park has done just that. Relying on the area’s history of trains and timber milling, you’ll find a large steam train that the kids can climb and play in. There’s a tall tower (like the old water towers), a 12m slide and flying foxes.
Amenities: BBQs but no toilets.
Best for: Better suited for kids instead of toddlers as they can use their imagination on the steam train.

Pump Park in Baldivis
Location: Parkville Boulevard, Baldivis (One71 Estate)
Why we love it: Get the bikes out! This bike track has plenty of bumps and mounds that the kids will love! But if cycling isn’t your thing, there’s a huge climbing structure, slides, swings, and plenty of green grass to kick a ball.
Amenities: BBQs (no toilets).
Best for: All ages.

Trampoline Park in Baldivis
Location: Daintree Street, Baldivis (Baldivis Parks Estate)
Why we love it: So this park may not be as big as the other parks on this list, but it’s got something that they don’t. It’s trampolines, if you couldn’t tell by the name. There are 4 mini trampolines built into the ground that are fun for all ages! Plus, you’ll find a large rope climbing structure, nest swing and half a basketball court.
Amenities: No BBQs or toilets.
Best for: Anyone who can jump!
