What’s great about having over 30 standard home designs is that we can start with a floor plan and customise it as you need.
The Rowan is a great home design for a narrow 10.5m block as it comes with 3 bedrooms all located at the front of the home.
The Vine is my pick for a 12.5m block as it has a workshop space in the garage. I’ve had one family provide access from the workshop to the theatre so it can be used to entertain guests.
