Phil (aka Barty) exploded into new home consulting in 1987. A 25 year sales veteran, Phil is known for his quirky yet uncomplicated approach. His “I’ll tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear” philosophy has resulted in many admirers throughout his distinguished career.
Tracey (aka Phil’s carer) is the backbone of this dynamic duo. Not only does Tracey have experience in being a consultant, but her admin skills leave others to shame. She’s got a keen eye for detail and knows how to communicate what her clients want to the admin team. Her mantra is “We are not sales people, we are solution providers”.
All up, the Barties have built more than 1,800 homes between them and are now building for previous clients kids! If that’s not an endorsement, what is?
