Phil (aka Barty) exploded into new home consulting in 1987. A 25 year sales veteran, Phil is known for his quirky yet uncomplicated approach. His “I’ll tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear” philosophy has resulted in many admirers throughout his distinguished career.
Tracey (aka Phil’s carer) is the backbone of this dynamic duo. Not only does Tracey have experience in being a consultant, but her admin skills leave others to shame. She’s got a keen eye for detail and knows how to communicate what her clients want to the admin team. Her mantra is “We are not sales people, we are solution providers”.
All up, the Barties have built more than 1,800 homes between them and are now building for previous clients kids! If that’s not an endorsement, what is?

We’ve helped clients build all over Perth, and with so many great suburbs it’s hard to choose our favourites.
We’re beach people, so we couldn’t go past Alkimos which is one of Perth’s best coastal suburbs. Piara Waters in the south is a hidden gem because it’s close to everything and has leafy streets. We’ve also picked Morley because many people are surprised that they can build a new home in an established suburb.
But no matter what your preference is, we can build your single storey home in many of Perth’s best suburbs. Just let us know where you want to live, and we’ll do the rest!

We’ve got plenty of standard home designs to suit your family’s needs and your budget.
The Alpine is one of the most popular because it has 4 large bedrooms, a scullery and a separate theatre. The Adair is the same, except it has even more space and of course, a workshop space in the garage. The Sandalwood is perfect for a first home buyer who wants to own their home sooner rather than later.
But if you’re after something different, we’ve got over 30 standard home designs and we also do customs. This could be something completely unique, or combining the favourites parts of three different home designs.
It’s important to pick the right block of land to build on.
Many first home buyers choose the cheapest block, only to find their preferred home design doesn’t fit or siteworks are much higher than expected!
