Located on the west side of Marmion Avenue, you’ve got the beach right on your door step! In fact, Alkimos Beach residents can access the BeachSAFE community for free, which is a program run by the Surf Livesaving to save lives. You’ve also got the new Bathers Park and the public toilets already open at the beach, plus the foreshore reserve and nature trails.
Community amenities
Within the estate are a range of facilities built for families. Alkimos Beach Primary School is already open, along with St James Anglican School which caters from Kindy to Year 12. The Gateway Shopping Precinct is home to an IGA, gym, take-away stores and of course, The Landing which is the local bar and restaurant. There are fitness parks and trails throughout the development and a foreshore that encourages families.
The popular corridor
There’s so much happening in this Alkimos project by Development WA! The Alkimos Foreshore precinct will include entertainment and shopping areas which overlook the beach. Alkimos Central boasts retail, commercial and service industrial precincts that surround the new train station. And to the north in Alkimos Vista is where you find the suburban essentials such as a new primary and secondary school, a huge sporting facility, and a smaller commercial precinct.
