Eglinton (or Eglington as it’s commonly misspelt) is growing at an incredible rate! It used to be known as the area just south of Yanchep, but new land estates are transforming this undeveloped area.
The most recent land estate is Elavale. This estate is developed by Peet who are the same team behind Shorehaven in Alkimos, so you know it’s gonna be good. It’s located on the west side of Marmion Avenue, which means you’re walking distance to the beach. And very soon, you will be close to the future Eglinton Train Station (update: now open!) and Town Centre!
The Master Plan

Built for families
You will feel the neighbourhood connection in Elavale. Tree lined streets and culs-de-sac will provide a safe place for the kids (hello street cricket!). There will be bike paths, parks, and of course that pristine beach where you can spend afternoons with the family. Plus, there’s even plans for a future primary school in the estate.

All aboard!
The train line to Yanchep is now open! Trains have begun running from Eglinton Train Station to take you straight into Perth CBD. You also have car bays, bicycle racks and bus connections to help you and your family get connected.
A Growing Town Centre
Surrounding Eglinton Train Station will be a future Town Centre. Here, you will find both commercial and retail outlets for locals. And if you need something else, you will have the centres in Yanchep and Alkimos that will cater for this growing northern corridor. Bring it on!
