It’s no surprise more and more people are calling Brabham their new home every year with all the new and improved things that are happening!
From the highly anticipated Ellenbrook-Morley Train Line, to Perth’s first ever Coles with a click-and-collect drive-thru, it’s all in Brabham!
Flamewood Estate is a land estate in Brabham just off of Woollcott Avenue, in between West Swan Road and Lord Street. Flamewood gives families the scenic and cultural lifestyle of the Swan Valley, but is under 20kms to Perth City’s lifestyle. Plus, there is still plenty of fun and exciting things in the books to happen, just keep an eye out!
Update: Flamewood is now sold out! But you can find out more about the other Brabham estates here.
The Master Plan
Jungle Adventure!
Now it may not be in the estate itself, but just 700m down the road is the $2m Jungle Park in Whiteman Edge. You’ve got a 7m high “birds nest” with a slide and a dedicated play area for toddlers and babies, making it the perfect combination for families.
Of course who could forget Whiteman Park itself is just minutes down the road. The park has nearly 4,000ha of natural bushland and recreation areas – plenty of room for fun! So hop on the park’s tram, jump in one of the pools, have a BBQ, or just take a stroll!
Heart of the Swan Valley
Brabham is literally in the heart of the Swan Valley! Your weekends will be spent trying out every single cafe and restaurant along the West Swan strip- and there is a lot of them! For example, Ugly Duckling Wines is our pick for a quick wine taste. Elmar’s in the Valley is perfect for a hearty German meal and beer (lots and lots of beer!). Families will love The Henley Brook because you can roll out the picnic rug with your woodfire pizza on the grass. Yahava Koffee Works is for your caffeine and croissant hit, and other goodies. And of course, you cannot forget the infamous Margaret River Chocolate Factory for all your chocolate needs!
Community Living
Because Flamewood Estate is one of the newest additions to Brabham, residents have the best of both worlds. Not only are they in a newly built estate, but they are close by to already established infrastructure. And there are more things to come like the Whiteman Park Train Station, and Whiteman Edge Town Centre is already open.
High Schools and Primary Schools are in abundance around the area, with Brabham Primary School only 2mins away and more on the way!
