Sinagra is one of Perth’s most underrated suburbs, but estates like Garden Park Grove are going to change that!
The suburb is only 10 minutes to Joondalup, so there’s easy access to transport, shops, universities, hospitals, jobs… the list goes on! But it’s in a growing community that has schools and parks on your doorstep without the noise of a major town centre.
Garden Park Grove is next door to Garden Park Heights so there’s already families living here. There are plans for a future primary school in the estate, with more development by others expected to happen in the south. It’s also next door to East Wanneroo which is expected to be home to over 150,000 people (so get in before the area booms!).
The Master Plan
Keeps Getting Better!
The first precinct of the development, Garden Park Heights, is already finished with many Perth families calling it home. And it’s not just homes that are nearby. You’ve got schools like Wanneroo and East Wanneroo primary schools, as well as Wanneroo Secondary College that are a short walk. The retail strip on Wanneroo Road gives you plenty of supermarket (and take-away!) options as well, making sure you never have to travel far!
Close to Everything
Sinagra is only 10 minutes from a range of popular places. There’s Lakeside Joondalup which is one of Perth’s biggest shopping centres and has plenty of cafes and restaurants. Joondalup Health Campus and Edith Cowan University are in the same neighbourhood as well. Plus, there’s the Wangara industrial precinct for local jobs and both the Wanneroo Botanic mini-golf and Carramar Golf Club for outdoor activites.
The Big Picture
Sinagra is next to the East Wanneroo District Structure Plan, which outlines what the vision is for the region. Over 150,000 people are expected to be living in this corridor over the next 50 years, with designated employment areas, urban centres, and even new train stations proposed. While it’s still in planning, it shows that this corridor is going to grow… rapidly!
