If it’s large blocks with scenic views and a natural landscape that you are after, look no further than Kingsford Estate in Bullsbrook.
This estate prides itself on their spacious blocks that range from 500m2 up to 4,000m2! So, you and your family will have plenty of room to run and grow!
But don’t let the “country living” title put you off, because Bullsbrook is a lot closer than you think. It is only 35mins to the Perth CBD, which is closer than Baldivis and Wellard. And with the new Northlink WA extension that opened in 2020, travelling just got easier!
The Master Plan
Outback Adventure!
Don’t drive all the way to go to Adventure World because Outback Splash in Bullsbrook is your new go-to! The park opened way back in 1981 when it was used for picnics and sheep sheering shows. It also had the largest maze in the Southern Hemisphere at the time. Fast forward to today, and the park now has 6 mazes, mini golf, a children’s playground, animal enclosures, and 7 water attractions. One being The Wedgie – the fastest body slide in WA. Plus, Outback Splash is open all year-round and welcomes thousands of visitors every year!
A New Town
The Bullsbrook that exists now is changing! Currently there are a couple of cafes and restaurants, including the popular Chequers Hotel, Bar & Grill and the Mean Bean Diner. But don’t worry, because there is more to come in the next couple of years! With the Kingsford Town Centre set to bring a mix of shops, cafes, medical services, recreation centre and a supermarket, residents will have more options nearby.
Community Living
Bullsbrook has a lot to offer because of its established amenities and services. For example, there are currently two schools- Bullsbrook College Primary and Secondary School, and another is planned in Kingsford. In the suburb centre you will find an IGA, newsagent, cafes, medical facilities, parks and playing fields, and more. Plus, the new multi-million-dollar Ethel Warren Community Centre providing a public library, a youth centre and number of spaces available for hire. And within Kingsford, you will also have over 41ha of retained public open space and a sports field. How good is that?!
