Gone are the days of Wanneroo land only being subdivided blocks and small subdivisions. Now, thanks to Satterley, the new Myella Estate offers a brand new neighbourhood with various lot sizes to suit everyone! With extensive bushland on the western side, and the lake on the southern side, Myella will be an ideal place to build a home that’s intertwined with nature yet just minutes from Joondalup City. And because Myella is set in an established suburb, you’ll find everything you need here and ready – schools, shops, parks, medical centres, you name it!
The Master Plan
Weekends sorted!
When people think of Wanneroo, they instantly think of the Botanic Gardens! And how couldn’t you? It’s picturesque, full of fun and adventure, plus the Leapfrogs restaurant is to die for! You have the choice of 18 holes or 36 holes of Mini Golf, or you can walk through the gardens (the perfect opportunity to take photos and update your Instagram!), or have a nice meal and drink at Leapfrogs! Plus, did we mention Myella Estate is pretty much next door? Yep, only a 5 minute walk!
Retail Therapy
If you are in need of some retail therapy, then you are in luck! Wanneroo has its own shopping centre with heaps of outlets to explore, or you can drive just 10 minutes down the road to Lakeside Joondalup with 100s of outlets. But if you’re after some tasty treats instead, there are plenty of food choices with local cafes and restaurants at your fingertips.
All you need!
You’ll be surprised at the urban amenities close by. Myella Estate is lucky to be located in a well-established area! There are plenty of public and private schools to choose from, as well as childcare centres. The Joondalup train station is also minutes down the road, so if you want to avoid being stuck in traffic, hop on the train instead. And of course there is the Joondalup Health Campus and Edith Cowan University minutes away as well.
