Baldivis is one of our favourite suburbs here at Move Homes and one of its best estates is the One71 estate!
This estate is best known for the awesome Pump Park that is in the heart of this development. But there’s plenty more here, such as the new Sheoak Grove Primary School and road upgrades that make travelling into the Town Centre even easier.
Compared to other estates in Baldivis, One71 is in the enviable location of being close to the Town Centre that includes the redeveloped shopping centre. You also have the Safety Bay on-off ramp that connects to the freeway, ensuring that Perth CBD is an easy ride. Plus, Warnbro Train Station and the foreshore are a short drive.
The Master Plan
Pump it up!
The Pump Track playground has everything a family needs for endless hours of fun. There’s a climbing dome and swing for the younger kids, and a riding track with mounds and inclines for the older kids. Plus, there’s shaded picnic areas and a BBQ so residents can get to know their neighbours. But there are plenty of other million dollar parks within Baldivis to ensure that kids (and parents) don’t get bored of the same scenery!
Educate yourself!
Within One71 Estate is Sheoak Grove Primary School that has only recently opened, so students are getting brand new facilities! Baldivis Secondary College is the local high school, although Ridge View Secondary opened in the suburb’s south to relieve the increasing number of students. There are also a range of private schools in the suburb, bringing the total number of primary and secondary schools in the suburb into double digits.
The purple circle
Baldivis doesn’t just have a high quantity of shops, but it has top quality! Baldivis Square boasts Catalano & Co that does the best Italian food and Brother of Mine is an award-winning restaurant (ok, we’re a bit biased because our parent company built and manages this shopping centre!). But you also have Spudshed and the redeveloped Town Centre that has some amazing take-away and dine-in options.
