There will be more schools, shops, community centres, and families to transform this area. In fact, Forecast ID predicts the population to grow from 3,437 people in 2023 to 19,750 by 2036!

One of the first things you’ll notice in Whitby is the stunning hills as your backdrop. Not only do they look amazing, but you have some of Perth’s best walks at your fingertips like Kitty’s Gorge Trail. Plus, you have some incredible places like Serpentine Dam and Millbrook Winery, and even swimming holes like Serpentine Falls.
