Talk about growth! In 2020, there are only 1,202 people living in Forrestdale. But by 2041, that will grow to 9,437. Woah! There will be a new primary school and district oval in the suburb, as well as Armadale Golf Club, Forrestdale Lake Nature Reserve and Skeet Memorial Park to keep you in touch with nature. There is plenty happening to the west in Piara Waters and Harrisdale (including another new high school) and Wungong Urban in the east will see 18,000 new homes. Plus, the Forrestdale Business Park is already under construction and will provide 15,000 new jobs when finished. So yeah, it’s all happening around Forrestdale.
The Forrestdale land estates of Anstey Grove, Mahala and Solaris were only released in 2020, so blocks for sale have been snapped up quickly! But don’t worry about there being few families living here. It won’t be long for this southern suburb to become a thriving community and match the popular Piara Waters and Harrisdale.
