Go back to 1992 when Wayne’s World hit the cinemas and Shane Warne made his Test debut. A young Neil Manning had recently moved from Zimbabwe and purchased his first home. It was a cheap and nasty house in Scarborough that in hindsight, wasn’t the smartest decision.
Despite its problems, that home was the first step in a 27 year journey. What follows includes a 9 year stint at NAB and 5 years as a finance broker. In that time, Neil has been able to define a purchasing process that starts with understanding your needs both financially and construction wise.
“When I bought my first home many years ago, I didn’t know anything about finance approval, repair costs, what conditions should be written on a contract. If I had a knowledgeable mentor that I could trust, who had a proper plan and process, and would explain everything for us, it would have served us well.”
Today Neil is the person he wished he was all those years ago. From helping first home buyers to downsizers, Neil works with each client from the start of their journey through to the end.
If you are looking for someone to guide you to stress-free home ownership, you’ve come to the right place.
