Before we handed over this home in Hocking, we walked through and took some sneaky snaps! This home is a cottage home design, meaning the garage is located at the rear of the home instead of the front. The block of land has a 7.5m frontage, but the amount of space in this narrow home design was incredible. Not only is the U-shape kitchen stylish, but there are overhead cupboards, storage above the fridge, and a laundry located to the side.
