Absolutely! The majority of our clients don’t have a block of land when they speak to us, so we liaise with the land agent or developer to secure their block.

Buying established and building new both have their own set of advantages, but there are three main reasons our clients have chosen to build. A house and land package consists of two contracts: the house and the land. With the house, that is done through Move Homes and includes your home design and your siteworks fee (which is something some builders don’t tell you about when you begin your journey).
