Where do you build?
Move Homes build all over Perth, from Two Rocks in the north to Dawesville in the south.
Can you find me a block of land?
Absolutely! The majority of our clients don’t have a block of land when they speak to us, so we liaise with the land agent or developer to secure their block.

Should I buy established or build brand new?
Buying established and building new both have their own set of advantages, but there are three main reasons our clients have chosen to build. Firstly, they can design their new home exactly how they want. Secondly, some have looked at the established market and never found their dream home. And thirdly, you need less savings to get into a brand new home, especially with the grants available.
What are house and land packages?
A house and land package consists of two contracts: the house and the land. With the house, that is done through Move Homes and includes your home design and your siteworks fee (which is something some builders don’t tell you about when you begin your journey).
