What a year 2020 has been!
House and Land sales have soared in the last couple of months thanks to the new grants introduced by the State and Federal Governments. In June alone there were 1,916 sales, that’s 100 more than the first 5 months of 2020 combined! January, February and March recorded 374, 423 and 330 sales, with April dropping to 246 due to COVID-19, but then spiking back up in May with 443 sales.
Out of those sales, the top 5 suburbs by land sales volume were all south of the river! Check them out below:
Baldivis
Baldivis has grown drastically in the last few years, and its no wonder it’s so popular! Baldivis has a multitude of land developments that are affordable and have a range of lot sizes to suit anyone. There are also 10 existing schools in the area and plenty of parks to explore. Plus, more is still coming to this popular suburb, with the future Kwinana Freeway widening, Metronet expansion, and Karnup Train Station to help traffic around Perth.
