Giuseppe Passione Senior started helping migrant families building around Perth throughout the 70s with meetings held around the kitchen table. Joe Passione joined the business in his teens as a bricky and helped his dad where he could. Today Joe and his son Joseph are continuing the family tradition of delivering quality homes to the people of Perth.
Here at Move Homes, we specialise in brick veneer homes… but with a twist. Our homes use TrueCore steel on the interior of the home with a layer of bricks on the exterior. But we also complete our garages in brick, which is a unique construction method here in Perth as it ensures your garage still looks the same as a double brick home. And to top it off, we provide insulation batts and full internal painting to finish the build.

Our portfolio is incredibly diverse. We built, own, and manage Main Street in Ellenbrook and Baldivis Square. Our land division is involved in the development and marketing of land estates across Perth and Melbourne. Our investment portfolio includes commercial offices, retail outlets and residential homes, and we also own our Malaga office so our overheads are low.
We are experts when it comes to all things property related so we can achieve greater efficiencies and build incredible homes. And we don’t rely just on building homes for our cashflow.
