Our Catalpa has been perfectly designed for a corner block requiring a side garage. You don’t need to walk past the bedrooms when you arrive home because there’s easy access from the garage into the living area. The three bedrooms are at the front with the theatre room (or fourth bedroom if you prefer).

Customise Your New Home

Your home already comes with plenty of items included, like 30 course high ceilings and wall painting, so you can make other changes to suit.

Convert the Theatre into a fourth bedroom (or even include doors so you can use the room as you need).
The Laundry and walk-in linen sit off the Kitchen and could be converted into a Scullery (or Lullery!) if you want more kitchen space.
Consider the placements of your powerpoints in the walk-in linen for your appliances, such as a handheld vacuum cleaner.
