Builders registration: 6129 (Western Australia) and CDB-U 56281 (Victoria).

*Conditions apply, contact us for details. 1% deposit assumes genuine savings and eligibility for the first home owners’ grant and subject to Keystart home loans lending criteria. Minimum deposit is 2%, of which 1% must be genuine savings, the remainder from FHOG proceeds.

This Privacy Policy discloses the practices in regards to the information collected by or on behalf of MOVE HOMES – this applies to the information collected via our website.

This Privacy Policy is not intended to limit our obligations in relation to the handling of personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other applicable laws. We are committed to the protection and privacy of all individuals using our website, and aim to ensure our policy meets all relevant legal requirements to maintain your privacy.

Privacy Information

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we collect. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of information in transit before it reaches us. Please take reasonable and responsible steps when disclosing personal information online.

Mailing List

By subscribing to our mailing list, you understand that we will collect your email address using a third party system (HubSpot). The email addresses collected by HubSpot via our website may be used for marketing and communication purposes. All subsequent action taken is pursuant to HubSpot Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy. We will not sell, distribute, or give unauthorised access to the email addresses we receive.

General Enquiries

If you contact us by submitting a ‘contact form’ via our website, you understand that the information you provide will be submitted by an automated system, and forwarded to us via email. Some information may be required in order for this system to forward this message to us. If you do not wish to disclose this information, you may contact us directly.

Promotions

Price Hold and Build Time Guarantees

The promotion only applies from 01 November 2025 until 30 April 2026 (unless otherwise extended by the Builder in its discretion).

Move Homes guarantees to hold the price of your home for 12 months and to achieve Practical Completion of your home within 12 months if the home meets the following conditions:

A full PBA service fee has been paid by the client
No structural changes requested by the client once compliance sketch and quote are approved
The client is to provide evidence of title to the building site and of financial capacity (including finance approval) within 10 months after signing the PBA
The site must be within the Perth Metropolitan area in a greenfield development
All services including power, water and gas must be available to the site
Only applicable to homes built with our standard specifications using brick veneer (excludes double brick homes)
Only applicable to homes with main floor tiling (excludes hybrid planks)
All progress claims must be paid on time
Owner instigated variations during construction will void the 12 Month Guarantee
Jobs that go on hold via client independent building inspectors will void the 12 Month Guarantee
The Guarantee excludes the completion of fencing and landscaping
No owner supplied materials or works permitted

Move Homes will not pass on any supplier or trade price increases if all regulatory approvals are received within 12 months of the Preliminary Building Agreement (PBA) date.

The builder can claim any increases in the Contract Price in any of the circumstances described in clause 6(e)(iii) or clause 10 of the Contract (including, but not limited to):

Variation to the Works requested by the Owner
Failure of the Owner to provide the Builder promptly with directions and selections under clause 9.2(c) of the Contract
Failure of the Owner to set up electrical power supply and water supply accounts with the relevant suppliers

Move Homes guarantees to achieve Practical Completion of the property within 12 months once the concrete slab has been laid.

The following delays do not form part of the guarantee timeframe:

Inclement weather or natural disasters
Disruptive events or shortage of materials or labour
Vandalism or theft
Any delay caused by the owner in any way

If the home is constructed over the Christmas break, an additional four (4) weeks is added to the Guarantee.

Practical Completion is when the building works are complete, except for any omissions or defects (that are address at pre-handover inspection) which do not prevent the works from being reasonably capable of use.

High Ceilings

The promotion only applies for homes built using Prime BrickSteel or timber frame homes (excludes double brick homes).

Lux Bathrooms

The promotion only applies for homes built using Elite and Champion specifications on our MH-29 price list from 1st August 2025.
