24 Week Move In Guarantee
The promotion only applies from 1 July 2019 until 31 January 2020 (unless otherwise extended by the Builder in its discretion). The Guarantee is available on application only, and only applies for certain products in certain estates. Ask your New Homes Consultant for more details and whether the promotion can apply to you.
Move Homes guarantees to achieve Practical Completion of the property within 24 weeks once the concrete slab has been laid if the proposed house meets the following conditions:
1. The site must be within the Perth Metropolitan area
2. All services including power, water and gas must be available to the site
3. Only applicable to homes built with our Premium specification
4. Only applicable to our standard designs (excludes custom designs and retaining walls)
5. All progress claims must be paid on time
6. Owner instigated variations during construction will void the Move In Guarantee
7. Jobs that go on hold via client independent building inspectors will void the Move In Guarantee
8. The Guarantee excludes the completion of fencing and landscaping
Move Homes is able to claim an extension of the time due to inclement weather. If the home is constructed over the Christmas break, an additional four (4) weeks is added to the Guarantee.
If the Move In Guarantee is not met and the above terms are satisfied, Move Homes will pay the client $400 per week (pro rata for any period of less than seven (7) days) for up to a maximum of six (6) weeks, for every week practical completion is delayed past the agreed Move In Guarantee period.

House and Land Package Pricing
House and Land package pricing per week example is based on the assumption that you contribute 5% deposit towards a house and land package plus all bank and government fees including Mortgage Insurance and Stamp Duty if applicable. This weekly repayment has been based on a loan amount of 95% making principle and interest repayments over a 30-year term with a variable interest rate of 3.85%. If interest rates increase during the loan term this would increase the weekly repayment.
