When we designed our Ebony display home on a 15m block, we wanted to make it suitable for a 12.5m frontage. That’s why we made The York! You get the rear living that overlooks the Alfresco, with a generous Laundry and walk-in linen nearby. The Main Bedroom is in the centre of the home with a walk-in robe located behind the bedhead. Plus, there are another 3 bedrooms and a Theatre for your family to enjoy.

Customise Your New Home

Your home already comes with plenty of items included, like 30 course high ceilings and wall painting, so you can make other changes to suit.

You can amend the Alfresco whether it’s extending or shortening, placing it in the centre of the home, or adding in bi-fold doors.
Adding in a door to the Theatre can give you more privacy.
You can add in a niche into the shower so your shampoo bottle aren’t located on the floor.
