Cardup is on the up thanks to the launch of its first land estate Constellar!
This development will see 1,300 homes that are next door to Cardup Nature Reserve, with more parks and playgrounds planned throughout the estate. You can also walk to the future high school and primary school, commercial centre, and a community hub that are all planned within the estate. And if that’s not enough, Byford is just a 5 minute drive that will feature the new Byford Train Station.

First steps
Constellar Estate borders Byford in the north, which is still expected to double in population size over the coming 20 years despite being an established suburb. To the south is the Mundijong-Whitby area that will grow from around 3,000 to over 33,000 over the next 20 years. So Cardup may not be known by many home buyers, but watch this space because it will be one of Perth’s most popular corridors!
A new community
Don’t be fooled by Constellar’s semi-rural feel. The estate will support the 3,000 residents with a secondary and primary school (next door to a future community pavilion) built within the estate. A commercial village will be at the corner where the Doley Road extension will link with the established facilities of Byford. The bigger picture also includes the new Byford Train Station and extension of Tonkin Highway, making travelling easy.
