It’s all in the name! Lake Treeby is the newest estate in this southern suburb that features a stunning man-made waterway in the middle of the development.
This masterplanned estate will be home to families wanting the best of city living with plenty of green space. Within the estate is the lake that welcomes all new residents. There are plans for a future primary school and sporting oval, complete with a pavilion and club room for the local sports teams.
And all this is surrounded by an abundance of nature, with the Rose Shanks Reserve bordering the estate.
The Master Plan

Get green!
Did you know over 33% of the estate will be green space? That includes a number of parks with big, leafy trees and recycled materials in the playgrounds. The lake area also includes outdoor exercise stations, BBQs, seats, and plenty more so families can spend time getting to know their neighbours. And of course, there’s a giant lake which even has an exercise deck (perfect for pilates!).

Meet the neighbours
Moving to a new area can be daunting. That’s why there are frequent community events in the estate so neighbours get to know once another. The future sports oval will also include a club room and a pavilion, which will be the perfect function space for local get togethers!
On its way
The vision for Lake Treeby might be big, but it’s already underway! Trees and parkways are already in place (like those along the main entry) and the lake is already there. Plus, you’ve got established areas like Cockburn Central and Jandakot nearby, so everything is just within reach.
