We’ve taken the data from REIWA to see the top 10 suburbs with the most land sales in 2023. There’s no major surprises in the list.

Perth suburbs with the most land sales in 2023
- Baldivis – 654 blocks: Retaining top spot with new land estates and releases happening.
- Eglinton – 261 blocks: Jumped from 5th thanks to new estates and land releases.
- Brabham – 238 blocks: Another big year for this Swan Valley suburb with many estates nearing completion.
- Byford – 222 blocks: A consistent performer due to affordable blocks and established facilities.
- Alkimos – 207 blocks: Dropped from second spot following a huge year in 2022.
- Dayton– 183 blocks: Cracked the top 10 this year thanks to boutique estates.
- Hilbert – 161 blocks: Like nearby Byford, this suburb attracts families and first home buyers due to affordability.
- Hammond Park – 153 blocks: Remains in the top 10 as it’s close to a train station, schools, shops and freeway.
- Treeby – 147 blocks: Popular due to it’s proximity to major shops and transport networks.
- Dawesville– 147 blocks: Big blocks by the beach continue to attract Perth homebuyers.
Chomping at their heels are Southern River (138), Ellenbrook (134), Yanchep (129) and Mandogalup (124).
