It’s hard to believe the year is at a close, but goodbye 2024! We’ve achieved a lot of things this year, so let’s take a look at our top moments!
New Display Home
We opened our latest showroom in Piara Waters! The Cherry comes with 4 bedrooms, a massive ensuite with a free-standing bath, a theatre and a games area. Plus, it’s built using Prime BrickSteel! This means there are high ceilings, wall painting, but also insulation in the walls so you can hear just how quiet the home is!
Homes Under Construction
Sure, we love a display home but seeing our clients’ homes is even better! Whether it’s a standard design or one that’s been modified, seeing the different colours and styles for each client brings our whole team a lot of happiness.
New Stone Benchtops
Following the Government ban on silica (a material often used in stone benchtops), we’ve partnered with Stone Ambassador to include a range of silica-free stone benchtops. Not only are they safe, but they came in a range of colours.
Custom Kitchens
The kitchen is often regarded as the centre of the home, so we always love to see a kitchen that embodies what’s important to a family. Perhaps it’s extra appliances for family gatherings, or plenty of bench space for entertaining.
Our Team
Our team has grown! From more pre-start consultants, approval coordinators, and supervisors, there are more people in our team to help get every home on site faster and with a high quality.
Selections Portal
We launched our new portal so clients can pick their colours, materials, and any upgrades before they come in for their pre-start. They can also see an impression of what their home will look like with the colours they’ve picked!
Office Extension
Okay so this is probably a lowlight right now as there’s plenty of noise and mess, but construction has begun on extending our office! We’ve demolished our old office space that many of us started in and will be more than doubling our space!
