Our humble beginnings are in 1969 when Giuseppe Passione was building homes for other Western Australian migrant families. Now, with his son Joe and grandson Joseph, we have three generations of registered builders in the same family owned and operated company. We’ve built over 15,000 homes across Australia, invested $2billion in development, and even own the offices we work in! But the core of what we do is the same- building quality homes.
Since the completion of our first home in 1969, we have gone on to deliver a further 15,000 homes nationally. Each one embraces our philosophy of quality and affordability. We work closely with our clients to help them achieve their dream home, believing that a good working relationship with the client is just as important as the building itself.
While continuing to build on our strengths in residential housing, we also diversified our offering into commercial and retail developments.

We’ve finished a Federation inspired design in the Perth Hills and a triple storey masterpiece overlooking Trigg Beach. Plus, we also have a spacious Farmhouse living in Officer (that’s over in Melbourne).

The Prime Group takes on projects that feature a combination of style and innovation so we can produce outstanding developments. Joint venturing with the right partners is essential to our strategy. Therefore, careful consideration given to each project to ensure only developments that will add value to our clients are pursued.
Our capability to fund our own projects has enabled us to traverse a wide variety of developments. We’ve completed boutique subdivisions in Landsdale, Darch and Butler. But we’ve also finished stunning apartments in North Coogee, Perry Lakes and Brunswick in Melbourne.

We love numbers! Our team identifies growing markets and new opportunities through in-depth market research. We analyse property trends and statistics before delivering our properties to international networks and reach thousands of global clients.
On top of this, we also work closely with developers and are active in procuring and marketing exclusive land. Our role as project managers has seen estates such as Crest at Landsdale, Peregrine Estate in Piara Waters, and Conti Gardens in Walliston sell quickly.

Farming and Agriculture
Like many Italians, we love wine! Our family based farming operation is situated in the fertile valleys of the Darling escarpment up in Bindoon. The farm practices traditional Sicilian farming and cultivation techniques to deliver a boutique range of quality produce.
We love it when Giuseppe brings in fresh mandarins from the farm. He also does a bloody good Shiraz!
