We’ve built over 20,000 homes across Australia, invested $2 billion in development, and even own the offices we work in! But the core of what we do is the same- building quality homes.

Since the completion of our first home in 1969, we have gone on to deliver over 15,000 homes nationally. We work closely with our clients to help them achieve their dream home, believing that a good working relationship with the client is just as important as the building itself. This extensive asset portfolio forms the backbone of our strength and provides a strong and reliable cash flow that is the foundation of the business. What this means we don’t rely just on cashflow from our new homes. Our assets include a range of residential, commercial and industrial properties that we have built and still actively manage, such as office complexes, retail shopping centres, warehouses and factory units.

We work closely with developers and are active in procuring and marketing exclusive land. Our role as project managers has seen us develop, maintain, and sell estates such as Crest at Landsdale, Peregrine Estate in Piara Waters, and Conti Gardens in Walliston.
